Zensciences, a global marketing agency renowned for bridging the gap between business and creative outcomes, returned with the much-anticipated Zensciences Art & Tech Festival 2024. Building on the success of the inaugural 2023 event, this year’s festival aimed to redefine the fusion of art, design, and technology on an even grander scale.

The festival, designed as a platform for collaboration and exploration, invited inventors, industry leaders, and creative enthusiasts to push boundaries, challenge perceptions, and celebrate the limitless possibilities of creativity.

The task was to elevate the experience beyond what was achieved in the previous year. With expanded participant and speaker lineups, engaging installations, and enhanced digital and print collaterals, the festival promised to captivate its audience.
As part of the core team of two, I took on the roles of curator and creative director, shaping the event's vision and execution.

The first step involved updating the established identity of the festival to reflect its evolution while maintaining its core essence. This refined identity was then applied to a variety of assets, from visually striking social media templates to promotional materials, ensuring consistency and appeal across all platforms.

Social media played a vital role in the event's promotion. I developed a comprehensive social media calendar, scheduling engaging and informative posts leading up to the event. Templates were designed to streamline the process for the design team, ensuring brand alignment across all creatives.

Alongside this, the website, which served as a hub for registrations and announcements, required significant updates. I worked on enhancing the existing website to better accommodate the festival’s growing scale and provide an improved user experience.
​While the festival was on track to surpass expectations, unforeseen circumstances led to its postponement.
Despite this, the groundwork laid for the 2024 edition not only set a strong foundation for its eventual execution but also reflected the dedication and creativity that defines the Zensciences Art & Tech Festival.
This endeavour stands as a testament to the power of collaboration, innovation, and the seamless integration of art and technology.
