Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, has been at the forefront of transformative projects across 55+ countries. Known for driving innovation and delivering exceptional business outcomes, Infosys partners with industry leaders to redefine their operational strategies.

One such landmark collaboration began in December 2020, when Infosys joined forces with Rolls-Royce, one of the world’s most renowned aerospace and defense technology companies. This collaboration brought together Infosys’ expertise in engineering and digital transformation with Rolls-Royce’s legacy of innovation in aerospace.

As part of their ongoing collaboration, Infosys sought to design a teaser emailer for a rewards and recognition program. The goal was to create a visually striking design that celebrated their partnership while ensuring an equal focus on both legendary brands.

 

Unlike a conventional corporate emailer, the expectation was for the design to exude the sophistication and prestige associated with Infosys and Rolls-Royce, resembling a poster rather than a typical email layout.

The design process began with a deep dive into understanding the core values of both brands and the nature of their partnership.

Striking the right balance was key—creating a design that highlighted their collaboration while maintaining their individual identities. The challenge was to ensure that neither brand overshadowed the other, presenting them as equals in this prestigious partnership.

The final design featured sleek, modern visuals that reflected the sophistication and innovation synonymous with both Infosys and Rolls-Royce.

 

The layout was carefully structured to resemble a poster, with bold typography and elegant imagery that aligned with the theme of rewards and recognition. By leveraging design elements that echoed the brands’ aesthetics, the emailer maintained a polished and cohesive look.

The result was a dynamic and engaging teaser emailer that successfully met the client’s expectations. It celebrated the synergy between Infosys and Rolls-Royce while creating excitement for the rewards and recognition program.

 

This project not only showcased the power of collaboration between two industry leaders but also underscored the importance of design in creating impactful communication.
